ePSXe 1.7.0 released!
Arguably the greatest PC-based emulator for the Playstation, ePSXe has finally had a release after 4 years! Many improvements have been made to the emulator, and here is a short list of the changelog straight from the homepage.
Multiple changes has been done in the Pad support.
The internal SPU plugin has been updated to the 1.7.0 version.
The iso support code has been rewritten.
The MDEC decoder has been rewritten.
A new version of the Pete's Software Plugin is included.
The XA/CDDA support has been worked in this new version.
Many things have been fixed in the cd-rom decoder and the core.

Magic engine 1.1.1 is out
magic engine is a great emulator for PC-engine/turbogrphx 16 systems including CD iterations, it has great compatibility, this emulator is made by david and cedric mitchell and is payware
fixed a bug in the cheat engine, ROM codes were not always working
fixed a sprite rendering bug which could corrupt graphics
fixed a bug in the custom resolution initialization
fixed a bug in the vsync initialization

SNES9x 1.51 Official available!
one of the greatest SNES emulators in existence, a SNES9x release! With alot of improvements and tweaks. There is a Windows port this time, and Netplay has been reworked. This version also supports NSRT headers.
